More Harry Potter

Harry Potter is by far my favorite series; it's better than Twilight!

The part that I love the most has to be Hogwarts living!

This makes boarding school living almost a breeze. I myself would LOVE to learn in these many turrents and towers! There are staircases that go a different way every Friday, trick doors only just pretending, OH and pictures talking and moving. AH! If only it was real. I would have loved to get my Hogwarts letter and left my parents for that school!

Then there is the Great Hall! There are MANY great things about it but I'm only going to talk about two. First, the ceiling is enchanted to look like the sky outside, whatever the weather. SO. you will know what the weather is BEFORE you go outside. Cool, huh?

This picture is the Great Hall at Christmas! It's one of the times of year that it is decorated. It's decorate for Christmas, Halloween, Start of School Feast, and the End of School Feast.

Secondly, the Great Hall houses the Four House Tables, the teachers' High Table, and candles.

Next time, I will write about the Four Hogwarts Houses and how they came to be known as such.

I am so obsessed with Harry Potter!

Ahh, I grew up with them! I know most everything there is to know about Harry Potter! I even go on this website called Mugglenet to read about the background of Harry Potter and what everything is......

It's AWESOME! It's also a site that I spend a lot of my time on. I just LOVE taking the classes. It's a whole new realm of the Harry Potter experience! AND I have made friends with people that share my interest throughout the world!

Easily, the most popular and controversial of subjects in Harry Potter is the wands. Harry's itself is the brother to Voldemort's wand, as both the wands contain a phoenix feather from Dumbledore's own Fawkes. Wands are always made by wood. There are NONE made my metal or aluminum or anything like that. Wands always have a core from a magical creature, i.e. phoenix, thestral, unicorn, or dragon heartstring. 

Then there is Quidditch! It's a sport played on brooms with four balls: a Quaffle, two Bludgers, and the Golden Snitch.

The Quaffle is held by the Chasers and it is used to make goals and earn points.

Then there are two Bludgers. The Beaters hit them with small bats to try to knock people off their brooms to prevent them from scoring. 

Then there is the Golden Snitch. When the Golden Snitch is caught by the Seeker, the game ends, and that Seeker's team gets 150 points. The team that catches the Snitch nearly always wins. The one exception of that that happens in the series is at the Quidditch World Cup. Ireland won, but Viktor Krum of Bulgaria caught the Snitch. There have been others but they were years ago.

Why must people be hackers? It seems so rude.

These hackers and scammers really don't know what they are doing when they hack people's profiles. They kinda destroy their livelihood in the process.

I ENCOURAGE ALL OF YOU TO PROTECT ANY PROFILES AND INFORMATION YOU HAVE AGAINST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

THEY CAN GET TONS OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU. I HAVE FOUND WEBSITES WHERE THEY PUT IN YOUR NAME AND LOCATION AND THEY CAN GET YOU SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IF THEY PAY THE SITE FOR LITTLE MONEY!!!!!!!! SO THEY ARE NOT HARD TO COME BY I ASSURE YOU!

THESE ARE INTERNATIONAL SITES SO THE WHOLE RIGHT TO PRIVACY THAT WE HAVE IN THE UNITED STATES WILL NOT WORK AGAINST THESE TYPES OF SITES!!!!!!!!!

EXAMPLES OF SITES WE USE OFTEN THAT SHOULD BE PROTECTED:

CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS EVERY 2 MONTHS AND MAKE SURE IT'S ONE THAT NOBODY CAN FIGURE OUT!!

After High School

Since I graduated high school, I have noticed that the real world is a lot different from what the teachers told us it would be. My teachers told me it would be hard, which it is, but most importantly that you will be so caught up with your goals that you will never find anyone else.
Now, with that said....I think they were just trying to scare us. I guess they were trying to scare us into going to college.
GO FIGURE! That's so like teachers, huh?
Well, the clique: find love in college, marry them and live happily ever after.
SO NOT TRUE!
You can be with your high school sweetheart, or meet someone at a club.
And the happily ever after thing......HA!
Every relationship has it's ups and downs. It'll never be perfect, but sometimes it'll be so close, it'll scare you.
And that, my friends, is my two cents.....

ideas anyone????

So, I've ran out of ideas for this blog and I was wondering if any of you that follows me has any. I mean in a couple of days I'll be in a new place in my life so maybe I'l have some then.

Dads

Why do dads have to be so overprotective of their kids? My dad hasn't liked any guy that I have dated. He only likes them when we break up. Girls, if you are lucky enough to have your dad in your life, you need to realized that any person you date will never be good enough. They will never amount to nothing in his book and he will always look at him like he's a bug just waiting to be squished. On the other hand, as long as his son's girlfriend looks good he's alright with it. It's a total double standard. Males and females arfe always treated differently, but we deserve the same respect as men.

advice

There's a lot to be said about being young. I'm 19 years old so I know what I am talking about. When you're young you think you are being misunderstood and pushed around and left alone, but in reality, someone cares about whether you live or die or happy or sad. So what if your mom or dad never had time for you. You yourself are handsome/pretty. Don't put yourself down because of how you've been treated. Make the most out of everything.
